This one’s all about YOU. One-on-one sessions fully customized to help you strengthen, lengthen and level up at your own pace. Whether your a total newbie or a seasoned pro, you’ll be stretching, moving and shaking with all the fierce one-on-one focus.

Duet
Bestie, bae or brave buddy. Grab your favorite partner and double the fun! Duet sessions are semi-private, fully focused and fabulous! You and your Pilates pal will get personalized attention in a shared space. It’s a vibe…like a little workout date, with more planking and less small talk. You move, you laugh, you sweat…Together.

Trio
Trio sessions bring the energy of a small group while keeping things cozy and customized. You’ll still get all the core shaking goodness of private training. Just with two more of your favorite people! Move together, laugh together and maybe send a few “my abs hurt to laugh” texts the next day. Core, connection and consistency all in one.

Mat Pilates
Community classes at pop-up locations, on a cushioned mat, using various props, for maximum strength, flexibility and connection! Check the schedule for time and location.
