With over a decade of teaching and 16 years of personal practice, I believe the quality of your form and precision of movement beats counting out fast reps and heavy sets. My goal is to help you connect to your center and experience that “WOW! HOLY COW!” feeling that comes from professional, authentic Pilates training.
We begin with a detailed evaluation to understand your fitness challenges, movement patterns, posture from daily lifestyle. From there, you’ll receive a personalized, efficient, total-body workout that targets your strengths and addresses your tight or weak points. You’ll never get cookie-cutter classes, waitlists, or lack of attention, just real progress on your terms, without pain, stress, or pressure to keep up with anyone else. I’ll support you through the challenging parts, because that’s where lasting change happens.

Keep It Movin’ Pilates also hosts outdoor fitness events for members, giving us the chance to move together in community while enjoying natural or urban landscapes. FOUNDER of KEEP IT MOVIN’ PILATES
Before Pilates, I spent years building stages for concerts and events, my spine almost paid the price. After two pregnancies with a twin birth, my core was begging for help. Pilates became the game-changer I didn’t know I needed.
I started practicing in 2010 and instantly felt muscles and connections I didn’t even know existed. That spark turned into a passion, and by 2015 I was fully certified. Since then, I’ve taught thousands of Angelenos how to move with strength, confidence, and find that delicious “ohhh, THAT’S my core!” feeling.
I built Keep It Movin’ Pilates because people deserve more than crowded classes and generic cues. You deserve personal attention, real guidance, and workouts that actually transform your body.
Pilates isn’t just fad movement. it’s awareness, strength, alignment, and the magic you carry into every part of your life. I’m here to help you find those “a-ha!” breakthroughs, reconnect with your body, and have fun doing it.
WHY I LOVE THIS WORK: teaching Pilates never gets boring. I’m a detail oriented person. The focus and attention required to teach or do Pilates satiates the technical side of my brain. Also, as a highly empathetic person, tuning into others is a strong skillset I have to help the creative side of my work. I enjoy helping people become better versions of themselves.
PLAYLIST VIBE: I’m a Rock n’ Roll babe at heart, but I also enjoy smooth vibe sounds like jazz, funk, electro or R&B during a session.
