Before Pilates, I spent years building stages for concerts and events, my spine almost paid the price. After two pregnancies with a twin birth, my core was begging for help. Pilates became the game-changer I didn’t know I needed.I started practicing in 2010 and instantly felt muscles and connections I didn’t even know existed. That spark turned into a passion, and by 2015 I was fully certified. Since then, I’ve taught thousands of Angelenos how to move with strength, confidence, and find that delicious “ohhh, THAT’S my core!” feeling.I built Keep It Movin’ Pilates because people deserve more than crowded classes and generic cues. You deserve personal attention, real guidance, and workouts that actually transform your body.Pilates isn’t just fad movement. it’s awareness, strength, alignment, and the magic you carry into every part of your life.
