Before Pilates, I spent years building stages for concerts and events; my lower back almost paid the price. After two pregnancies with a twin birth, my core was needed help. Pilates became the game changer I didn’t know I needed.
I started practicing in 2010 and instantly felt muscles and connections I didn’t know existed. That spark turned into a passion, and by 2015 I was fully certified. Since then, I’ve taught thousands of Angelenos how to move with strength, confidence, and find that delicious “ohhh, THAT’S my core!” feeling.
I built Keep It Movin’ Pilates because people deserve more than crowded classes and generic cues. You deserve personal attention, real guidance, and workouts that actually transform your body.
Pilates isn’t just fad movement. it’s awareness, strength, alignment, and the magic you carry into every part of your life. I’m here to help you find those “a-ha!” breakthroughs, reconnect with your body, and have fun doing it.

Whether you’re new or experienced, expect fierce, focused coaching with no crowds, no pressure, and zero performance theater. Best friend, partner, or workout buddy… bring someone you trust and double the impact. Our duet sessions are semi-private, focused, and effective. You and your Pilates partner receive personalized coaching in the same space, so every rep is purposeful. Think of it as a compact workout date: fewer distractions, more quality movement. You move, you push, you get stronger together.
Trio sessions offer the focus of private training with the shared energy of a small group. You get personalized attention and targeted core work, plus the motivation of two training partners. Move together, build consistency, and enjoy the added connection. Same results, a little more company.
Community pop-up classes on cushioned mats, using props to build strength, increase flexibility, and connect with others. All levels welcome! Bring your energy and leave feeling stronger. Check the schedule for times and locations.
